Ayr : Takingrisks gagne le Grand National écossais

C'est à l'issue d'une longue lutte avec Crosspark (Midnight Legend et Blue Shannon par Be My Native) que Takingrisks (Golden Tornado et Downtown Rosie par Good Thyne) remporte le Scottish Grand National Handicap Chase, un Groupe 3 sur 6.400 mètres. L'élève de James Murray, propriété de Frank Bird, est sous la responsabilité de Nicky Richards et monté par Sean Quinlan. Le hongre de 10 ans s'impose pour la quatrième fois sur les gros obstacles et confirme la forme montrée lors de son succès du 17 mars à Carlisle.
