Chantilly : Anashkaya facilement

Après avoir ouvert son palmarès pour ce qui était sa troisième sortie à Chantilly, Anashkaya avait conclu deuxième d'une Classe 2 sur ce même hippodrome. Son mentor Francis-Henri Graffard avait décidé de la raccourcir aujourd'hui, l'alignant sur le mile. Reprise par Christophe Soumillon à la sortie des stalles, la pouliche a voyagé dans le dernier tiers du peloton. Venue dans une action significative à 400 mètres du poteau, elle a ensuite survolé les débats. Comme son nom à consonance russe le laisse deviner, Anashkaya appartient à Alain Jathière. Elle est une cousine de la lauréate de Poule d'Essai Flotilla.
