4 yo broodmare by AUSTRALIA covered by a son by DEEP IMPACT good dam line

I am selling a four-year-old broodmare by Australia. The photo shows the mare at a three year old. Covered by Keiai Nautique (Deep Impact) in 2024 (pregnant). Lot of Blacktype in the mare's maternal line. Three pricing options:
A: 4800 euros including the stud fee
or
B: 2000 euros for the mare and you pay the breeding fee in 2025, only if foal is alive (with contract)
or
C: If you are a stud farm: Get the mare for free and give me the first living foal back as a weanling for free. In that case, the breeding fee will of course will be paid by me. Current location is Normandy.
