Cheltenham (GB) : Stellar Story dans la dernière foulée
Présenté en tant qu'outsider à 33/1 par Gordon Elliott dans le Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle (Gr.1) sur la longue distance de 4800 m, Stellar Story a créé la surprise grâce à une fin de course tonitruante qui lui a permis, malgré une faute à la dernière haie, de revenir chercher dans la dernière foulée le gris The Jukebox Man qui semblait bien parti pour la gloire. Acquis 310.000 £ par Gigginstown Stud à la Festival Sale de Cheltenham 2022, après un succès dans un Point to Point, le fils de Shantou s'était placé de plusieurs groupes cet hiver mais a largement dépassé aujourd'hui ses limites supposées. Le favori Readin Tommy Wrong a été arrêté après avoir soudainement perdu son action dans la descente. Stellar Story est le propre frère du champion The Storyteller.
